06 Treasury

Powered by a bitcoin balance sheet.

Fiat comes in. It is converted and added to the bitcoin treasury. The viability of the company is measured on a bitcoin standard — and we onboard existing companies to the same standard, with multisig custody and advice on handling the asset securely.

How the treasury works

  1. 01Fiat in
  2. 02Converted on receipt
  3. 03Bitcoin treasury
  • Fiat in, bitcoin held

Invoices are billed in EUR. Every payment is converted automatically when it lands and added to the treasury. Nothing sits in a fiat account longer than it has to.

  • One unit of account

Runway, margin and reserves are counted in bitcoin. The price list stays in EUR so a client knows what a job costs; the ledger behind it does not.

  • Viability on a bitcoin standard

The studio's health is whether the treasury grows in bitcoin terms. A balance sheet that outlives any single contract, with no token, no yield product and nothing to sell you.

Quoted and invoiced in EUR. The standard is how NakaUnbound accounts for itself, not a condition on the client.

02 How we can help

Onboard your company to the bitcoin standard.

The same standard the studio runs on, set up for an existing business. Custody first, then process, then the books. Multisig so no one holds the company alone; advice so the asset is handled the boring, secure way.

  • 01

    Multisig custody

Keys split across people and devices, so no single person and no single machine can move the funds. Quorums sized to the company — 2-of-3 for a small team, 3-of-5 where the board wants it — on hardware signers kept apart.

  • 02

    Policy and process

Who can propose, who signs, how much, how fast. Spending limits, time locks where they help, and a written runbook for the day a key holder leaves.

  • 03

    Secure handling

Advice on the unglamorous parts: seed storage, device hygiene, vendor selection, what never touches a laptop. We consult; the company keeps every key.

  • 04

    Conversion and accounting

Fiat in, converted on receipt or on a schedule. Books that show the treasury in bitcoin terms alongside EUR, and a monthly statement a board can read.

  • 05

    Recovery and continuity

Backups tested, not assumed. Succession paths for keys and roles. A recovery drill before there is an emergency, and again once a year.

  • 06

    Agents on the desk

Operators reconcile, draft statements and keep the runbook current. A human reviews every signing policy and sits with you for the first transactions.

The onboarding

  1. 01

    Read

Where the money sits today, who can move it, what the books say. One short session and a written picture.

  2. 02

    Design

Custody, quorum, policy and the conversion rule, on paper, agreed with whoever signs for the company.

  3. 03

    Stand up

Devices, keys, wallets and backups, set up together. First transactions supervised. Drill run.

  4. 04

    Run

Monthly statement in bitcoin and EUR. Runbook kept current. Yearly recovery drill.

We set up custody, policy and process. Whether to hold bitcoin, and how much, is the company’s decision — this is not investment advice, and we never hold a client’s keys.

Priced like everything else: one tenth of what a consultancy quotes for the same onboarding.

Bring the company

Bring the company.

Where the money sits today, who signs, and what the books should say in a year. We reply with a custody design.
